At VOIDVISION, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return policy as outlined below.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories and components

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos if the product is defective or damaged

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We charge a fixed return handling fee of $9, which will be deducted from your refund

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider


Exchanges & Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

If the defect is confirmed:

  • We will offer a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund if the item is out of stock


Warranty

All VOIDVISION products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Proof of defect may be required before a replacement or refund is issued.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process instead.
